Hey, what's this about each clan only allowing for 20 members at the start?
Well. my friends; this is a roleplay about survival. The problem is, there is only so much land available per clan, that can easily sustain those numbers. As this roleplay begins, we allow for 20 members per clan; that leaves plenty of room for members to grow and take!
That's easy!
-- Fight another clan for more territory; it might not work, but you can always try and explore a little more; reach out to staff, and see if we allow for you to find more space for your cats to roam. Each territory added to your clan will allow for five new members to join!
-- Look to the Momma's; when a female cat becomes pregnant, they can choose to allow for unadopted kits to be added to their clan count instead; therefore you can increase the numbers available for your clan to grow in size by the number of unadopted kits in her litter.
-- Increase prey intake; show the staff one two-page thread where a leader or a deputy takes out a hunting party where at least three catches are made, and gain TWO extra clan spots.
That's also (Unfortunately) easy!
-- Be Vicious; drive out the sick and weak, or just plain kill them. Allow your clan to become neglected, and your numbers will drop for every clan member you lose.
-- Anger Other Clans; you know what's a 'great' clan control mechanism; pissing off other leaders and starting clan wars. Lose members over petty squabbles and you'll lose numbers as well.
-- Overtaxing the ecosystem. Let's say you like to hunt mice in a certain area. Loooots of mice. Let's say in that hunting thread seen above, all you catch is mice? Guess what...you are now unable to hunt mice for a season, and LOSE one clan spot.
Hey, guess what the beauty of the forest is....there are FOUR clans! That's right, if one clan is currently full, why not join another...or, if you heart is set on that clan, make your budding warrior a loner, or a rogue, and roleplay for them to join that clan at a later date; it's creative AND it's challenging!
Or, you can reach out to a Staff Member; in some cases, we MAY allow for the numbers to be increased; as in, maybe have, for example, 25/20 cats in one clan; but be aware that this is an unsustainable number...bad things may happen!

How Can I Increase Our Clan's Size?
That's easy!

Why Does My Clan Size Decrease?
That's also (Unfortunately) easy!
